Job Summary:
We are in search of a proficient Website Developer with a specialization in custom WordPress theme development and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) to join our innovative web development team. The role is pivotal in crafting and enhancing our online presence by developing user-friendly, robust, and visually appealing websites through personalized WordPress solutions.
The Role:
- Custom WordPress Development: Develop, test, and launch custom WordPress sites and plugins tailored to our clients needs.
- Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) Management: Implement and manage ACF to ensure our WordPress websites are versatile and content-rich, enhancing user experience and content management efficiency.
- Website Maintenance: Ensure the optimal performance, security, and responsiveness of websites across various devices and browsers by conducting regular updates and addressing any issues related to usability or functionality.
- Collaboration: Work in tandem with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure the website aligns with brand guidelines and meets marketing objectives.
- SEO Best Practices: Implement SEO-friendly coding and ensure that all website practices adhere to SEO guidelines to enhance visibility and traffic.
- User Experience (UX) Optimization: Ensure websites provide an exceptional user experience, with intuitive navigation, fast loading times, and compelling calls to action.
- Data Management: Ensure secure and effective data management practices, safeguarding website data and user information.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on website performance, utilizing data to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in custom WordPress development and ACF.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previously developed WordPress websites.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization.
- Proficient in web development languages including PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Desired Skills:
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with ACF, Custom Post Types, and Gravity Forms preferred
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly and effectively.
