This client’s previous agency was one of the largest home services marketing companies whose systems are all proprietary, and they were not getting the results they needed to grow their business. The client’s website traffic and leads were trending downward. They needed a partner who is transparent with better systems for a more predictable number of phone calls and leads to come in to achieve their goals.
Due to the previous agency, they were working with before starting with LMH, we took the packaged files from the old agency’s proprietary CMS and rebuilt it on an open-source platform (WordPress) to allow the client autonomy with their website and truly own the code.
