Plumbing and HVAC Marketing in Arizona: How to Turn Inconsistent Leads into Record-Breaking Months

Fiscor Plumbing and Air came to Lokal Media House with a challenge nearly every growing home service company faces: leads arrived in unpredictable waves, referrals could only carry the business so far, and there was no reliable way to know which marketing dollars were actually producing booked jobs. Serving three markets across Northern Arizona, Fiscor needed plumbing and HVAC marketing that could generate qualified leads at scale and show where each one came from. Partnering with Nuve, Lokal Media House built exactly that. Over the course of the engagement, paid leads nearly quadrupled, calls from Google Business Profile grew 15X, and Fiscor posted multiple record-breaking revenue months.

The Challenge: Growth Without a Predictable Lead Engine

Fiscor Plumbing and Air had the operational side figured out: licensed technicians, a strong reputation, and a mission built on treating every home like their own. What the company lacked was a marketing system to match.

The problems were familiar ones for contractors in competitive Arizona markets. Lead volume swung month to month, making it difficult to plan technician schedules or forecast revenue. The existing website was not built to convert the traffic it received. And with no call tracking or lead scoring in place, Fiscor had no visibility into which channels were producing quotable opportunities and which were burning budget on unqualified calls.

Northern Arizona adds its own layer of difficulty. Demand for HVAC service spikes hard with seasonal temperature swings, and companies competing across multiple service areas need visibility in each market, not just one. Fiscor needed a lead generation engine built from the ground up, one designed for both plumbing and HVAC services across all three markets.

The Diagnosis: What We Found

Before launching anything, the Lokal Media House team audited Fiscor’s full digital footprint. The findings pointed to three core gaps.

  • First, the website was underperforming as a conversion asset. Visitors arrived, but the site was not structured to turn searches into booked calls with clear service pages, prominent contact paths, and trust signals like reviews and licensing displayed where they matter.
  • Second, Fiscor’s Google Business Profile was underutilized. For local plumbing and HVAC searches, the map pack is often where the customer decision happens, and Fiscor’s profiles were not optimized to capture that demand across its service areas.
  • Third, there was no measurement infrastructure. Without call tracking and lead scoring, every marketing decision was a guess. You cannot scale what you cannot measure, and this gap had to be closed before paid budgets could be spent with confidence.

The Strategy: A Full Multichannel Build

Lokal Media House, in partnership with Nuve, built the program in layers, starting with the foundation and expanding into paid acquisition.

Website redesign. The team rebuilt fiscorhvac.com around conversion, positioning Fiscor as Northern Arizona’s trusted team for plumbing and HVAC services with clear booking paths, review scores displayed up front, and dedicated pages for cooling, heating, and plumbing services.

Google Business Profile optimization. Each profile was fully built out and actively managed to compete in local map results across all three markets, turning the GBP listings into genuine demand drivers rather than static listings.

Local SEO. Ongoing search optimization strengthened organic visibility for the service and location keywords homeowners actually use when a pipe bursts or an AC unit fails.

Paid media across four channels. Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta advertising ran together, capturing homeowners at every stage from emergency search to neighborhood awareness.

Call tracking and lead scoring through WhatConverts. Every single lead was tracked to its source and scored for quality. This was the piece that made the rest of the system scalable, because budget could shift continuously toward the channels producing the highest volume of quotable opportunities instead of just the most calls.

The Results: What Changed

The numbers tell the story clearly.

Paid leads grew from 499 in the first half of 2025 to 1,841 in the second half, close to a 4X increase in six months. Google Ads conversions increased nearly fourfold over the same period. Critically, growth did not come at the cost of quality: the quotable lead rate held steady at approximately 48% even as volume multiplied, and the program generated an additional 1,155 paid leads during the first four months of 2026.

The organic side surged in parallel. Fiscor’s Google Business Profile generated 17,402 profile impressions and became a true demand driver, with calls from GBP up 15X and profile interactions up 31X. Organic traffic conversion improved 47%, and overall search volume for the brand grew 4X.

Together, the paid and organic gains gave Fiscor something it never had before: multiple record-breaking revenue months backed by a lead flow the business could actually plan around, powered by the combined LMH and Nuve program.

Why This Matters for Home Service Companies in Arizona

Fiscor’s situation is the norm, not the exception. Most plumbing and HVAC companies in Arizona grow on referrals and reputation until they hit a ceiling, then discover that scattered marketing efforts produce scattered results.

The lesson from this case study is that lead generation works as a system, not a collection of tactics. A conversion-focused website, optimized Google Business Profiles, local SEO, and multichannel paid media each contributed, but the call tracking and lead scoring layer is what turned them into a compounding engine. When you know exactly which channels produce quotable leads, every dollar of budget works harder, and seasonal Arizona demand becomes an opportunity to capture instead of a wave to ride out.
