Best Paid Ad Management Agencies for Home Services in 2026

Table of Contents
The best paid ad management for a home service company depends on three things: how big you are, which trades you run, and whether you want to own your ad accounts when the relationship ends. This comparison covers six agencies contractors ask about most, including us, with the facts pulled from each agency’s own site as of October 7, 2026.
We run paid ads for contractors, so read our entry with that in mind. We have tried to be accurate about everyone else and have linked to the source for every claim.
Comparison at a glance
| AGENCY | TRADE FOCUS | PAID AD MANAGEMENT STARTING FEE | WHO OWNS THE AD ACCOUNTS | BEST FIT |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lokal Media House | Home services only: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, garage door, foundation, landscaping | $2,000/mo (pricing) | Client, always | Single and multi-location contractors who want Google, LSA, Yelp and Meta from one team and want to keep their accounts |
| Hook Agency | Roofing, HVAC, plumbing | $2,000/mo PPC; Meta listed at $3,000/mo; fee scales with ad spend (pricing) | Client, per its pricing page | Roofers and contractors doing $3M to $15M in revenue; Hook says it does not work with early-stage companies |
| Scorpion | Home services, legal, healthcare, franchise and multi-location | Not published (FAQ) | Client gets LSA, analytics and social accounts back after the contract; Google Ads not named; website runs on Scorpion’s proprietary system | Franchises, multi-location operators and platforms that want an all-in-one system |
| RYNO (formerly Blue Corona) | Home services; 24 industries listed on its PPC page | Not published | Client owns ad creatives; account ownership not stated | Established companies that want one team across Google, Microsoft, LSA, Yelp and social |
| Clicks Geek | 298 local service industries, including home services | Not published | Client, per its site | Local businesses that want Google Ads plus conversion rate optimization; also sells white-label PPC to other agencies |
| Contractor Gorilla | Contractors only, 17 trades listed, from HVAC and roofing to remodelers and builders (site) | Flat monthly fee; amount not published | Not stated | Contractors outside the core four trades, such as remodelers, builders and paving, who want Google Ads managed |
Figures are from each agency’s own site. Where a column says “not stated” or “not published,” the agency does not publish it and you should ask before signing.
How to read this list
Two things separate these agencies more than their sales pages suggest.
Trade focus. Lokal Media House and Contractor Gorilla work only with contractors, and Hook Agency concentrates on roofing, HVAC and plumbing. RYNO (formerly Blue Corona) is home services focused but lists two dozen industries. Scorpion and Clicks Geek serve many industries. A narrower focus usually means the account manager already knows your seasonality, your average ticket and which search terms waste money.
Account ownership. This is the one most contractors do not ask about until they try to leave. If the agency owns the Google Ads account, you lose the conversion history, the negative keyword lists and the quality scores when you switch. Ask every agency, in writing, whether the Google Ads, LSA, Yelp and Meta accounts will be in your name. We cover how to ask it in 7 questions to ask an HVAC PPC agency.
Lokal Media House
Best for: Contractors who want every paid channel managed by one team and want to own their accounts.
Lokal Media House is a Dallas-area agency that works only with home service companies. Paid ad management covers Google and Bing Search, Local Services Ads, Yelp Ads, Meta and OTT from one account team, which matters because the channels compete for the same homeowner and should share one budget. LMH is a Top 5 Yelp Diamond Partner and a ServiceTitan Certified Marketer, so booked revenue flows back into reporting.
Paid ad management starts at $2,000 per month (pricing). Clients own every account. Published results include a 7x increase in Google leads for A-Team Plumbing & HVAC and 1,170% LSA ROAS for a Louisiana electrical and plumbing company.
Where it may not fit: LMH does not publish a client revenue minimum, but a contractor with no website and no reviews will usually be told to fix those first.
Hook Agency
Best for: Roofing in growth mode.
Hook Agency, based in Minneapolis, is strongest in roofing and has deep HVAC and plumbing work. Its pay-per-click service starts at $2,000 per month, covers Google Ads and Local Services Ads, and rises as ad spend grows (Hook pricing). The same page says you own your ad account and lists Meta Ads as a separate $3,000 per month service, though Hook’s homepage FAQ says it does not run social media ads, so ask which is current. Hook holds a monthly live reporting call with an account manager and says it listens to calls and reviews form fills to focus on real leads.
Where it may not fit: Hook asks for a yearly commitment and says on its homepage FAQ that it does not work with early-stage companies, targeting businesses between $3M and $15M in revenue. Hook does not list Yelp Ads as a service.
Scorpion
Best for: Multi-location operators, franchises and platforms.
Scorpion says it has spent more than 25 years building its systems and has driven $3B+ in attributed revenue for clients (Scorpion home services). Its RevenueMAX platform pulls advertising, SEO and AI search, intake, lead scoring and attribution into one system. Scorpion describes itself as Google’s largest LSA provider.
Where it may not fit: Pricing is not published. Scorpion’s FAQ says its marketing technology and SEO typically require a 12-month contract. After the contract, it transfers Local Services Ads, Google Analytics and social accounts, but its list does not name Google Ads. You receive your website’s static files and content and need another vendor to rebuild the site. For a single-location contractor, the platform may be more than you need.
RYNO (formerly Blue Corona)
Best for: Established companies that want one team across Google, Microsoft, LSA, Yelp and social.
Blue Corona merged with RYNO Strategic Solutions on October 1, 2024, and operates under the RYNO brand, though bluecorona.com is still live. Its PPC page covers Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Local Services Ads, Yelp, YouTube, display, Nextdoor, social and remarketing. It says there are no long-term contracts, that you own your ad creatives and that you get a dedicated account manager. The page cites one unnamed home service client at a $28 cost per lead and 1,214% return on ad spend.
Where it may not fit: Pricing is not published. The page promises ownership of ad creatives but does not say who owns the ad accounts, so get that in writing.
Clicks Geek
Best for: Local businesses that want Google Ads plus landing page optimization.
Clicks Geek is a Pennsylvania-based agency that runs Google Ads, Meta, SEO and websites for 298 listed local service industries. Its pitch is conversion rate optimization built into PPC. It says ad campaigns and data live in accounts you own, and it also sells white-label PPC to other agencies.
Where it may not fit: Clicks Geek is not home services specific. Pricing is not published, and it advertises “no long-term lock-in” without stating a term.
Contractor Gorilla
Best for: Contractors outside the core four trades, such as remodelers, builders and paving companies, who want Google Ads managed.
Contractor Gorilla says it only works with contractors and lists 17 trades, from HVAC, plumbing, electrical and roofing to general contractors, home builders and remodelers. Its PPC service runs on Google Ads, with a flat-rate first month to build campaigns and a flat-rate monthly management fee after that.
Where it may not fit: The site does not publish its fee, contract terms or who owns the ad accounts, and it does not list Local Services Ads. Ask about all four before comparing on price.
Questions to ask before you sign with any paid ads agency
- Will the Google Ads, LSA, Yelp and Meta accounts be in my name?
- What is the management fee, and is ad spend billed separately through my own accounts?
- What is the contract length and the exit process?
- Do you track phone calls back to the keyword, and do you listen to them?
- Can I see a redacted monthly report from a client in my trade?
- Who is my day-to-day contact, and how many accounts do they manage?
- Do you integrate with my field service software (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber)?
