Job Summary:

We are hiring a Paid Ads Director who will take full ownership of the paid media department. You will set the strategic direction, lead a growing team, and ensure performance across all paid platforms. This role is responsible for driving predictable growth for our clients and building the systems that support scale. You will influence cross-departmental alignment, improve campaigns, and elevate the quality of paid media across the agency. This position requires someone who can think long term, deliver at a high level, and develop strong people and processes.

Responsabilities:

  • Set the long-term direction for paid media at LMH across both client campaigns and LMH’s internal advertising efforts. Build strategies that align with business goals, market trends, and client needs. Set the direction for Google, Meta, and emerging channels. Ensure paid media is a strategic partner to SEO, Web, and Client Strategy. 
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of analysts. Set clear expectations, establish performance standards, and guide development for each team member. Conduct regular 121’s, coach on improvement areas, and foster a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous learning. Ensure SOPs, playbooks, and QA processes are followed consistently across the department. 
  • Own the performance output of the paid media team. Own overall performance outcomes for all paid media clients and ensure every account meets or exceeds monthly targets for lead volume, cost per lead, and return on spend. Review campaign strategy, setup, targeting, bidding, creative, and testing frameworks. Monitor pacing and budgets across all accounts. Step in quickly when performance is off track and set clear direction for corrective action. Ensure the team is running structured tests, learning from data, and improving month after month. 
  • Own the reporting structure for the department. Build dashboards and reporting processes that give leadership and clients visibility into performance, insights, and next steps. Lead quarterly performance reviews and internal audits to evaluate results, highlight opportunities, and reset priorities.
  • Build the infrastructure that supports scale. Refine SOPs, improve workflows, strengthen QA, and standardize processes across the department. Partner with leadership to optimize systems, adopt new tools, and increase efficiency in ways that directly improve campaign performance.
  •  Build and enforce a structured testing framework that includes creative testing, bidding strategy tests, audience segmentation tests, and landing page improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns, with deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta.
  • Proven success managing a team in an agency or high-growth environment
  • Strong understanding of funnel strategy, demand generation, attribution, and optimization
  • Experience creating and communicating executive-level summaries that simplify complex data and highlight key performance drivers, risks, and next steps.
  • Confident in leading performance reviews with clients, leadership, and cross-functional partners, including the ability to answer questions with clarity and authority.
