The Client Strategy Manager (CSM) is responsible for leading strategic relationships with a portfolio of clients, aligning their business goals with our agency’s digital marketing solutions. Acting as the primary client advocate and internal strategist, the CSM ensures delivery excellence, retention, and growth across their accounts. You’ll oversee a pod of subject matter experts (Paid Ads, SEO, Content) and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable ROI.
Responsabilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring open communication and mutual understanding.
Strategic Oversight: Manage the creation and implementation of effective online marketing strategies tailored to each client’s goals by working collaboratively with the digital marketing team. Develop data-informed marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
Performance Reporting: Lead regular client meetings and presentations with clarity, insight, and business relevance. Own the strategy and oversight of campaign performance across channels.
Issue Resolution: Anticipate, identify, and resolve client issues quickly and professionally. Proactively manage account health and surface any risk factors internally.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of digital marketing trends and industry-specific shifts, especially within the home service domain.
Internal Collaboration: Effectively manage the communication of client needs, feedback, and future goals to ensure alignment between client objectives and internal team delivery.
Renewals and Upselling: Identify and recommend services that support client growth and ROI. Collaborate with sales and leadership on contract renewals and upsell strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Client Strategy Manager or in a similar client-facing role within a digital marketing agency or related environment.
Demonstrated success managing a portfolio of clients and leading cross-functional teams.
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, content, and web strategy.
In-depth knowledge of the digital landscape, with a preference for experience in the home service industry.
Strong strategic planning and performance reporting capabilities.
Proficient with CRMs and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Search Light, ServiceTitan, and project management platforms.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
