The Role:

This position provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on various platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing and is eager to learn about various paid advertising strategies and techniques.


– Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across various digital platforms.

– Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and competitor analysis.

– Help in the creation of engaging ad content, including text and visuals.

– Monitor and analyze campaign performance data and provide reports to the team.

– Collaborate with team members to develop and implement advertising strategies.

– Learn to utilize tools and platforms for advertising, analytics, and reporting.

– Assist in managing ad budgets and optimizing for maximum ROI.

– Stay current with industry trends, new platforms, and best practices in digital advertising.


A few things we’d like to see:

– Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

– Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising platforms.

– Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

– Ability to work both independently and within a team.

– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

– Familiarity with paid ad platforms is a plus.
